Our low-frequency transformer is designed specifically for power frequency (50/60Hz), using classic and mature electromagnetic induction principles to achieve precise voltage conversion through the turns ratio of the primary and secondary coils. Product design emphasizes high efficiency and long-term stability.

Core material:Made by laminating high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with high magnetic induction and low loss, effectively reducing iron loss (no-load loss), ensuring high efficiency, energy saving, and low temperature rise.

Winding process:Using all copper or electrolytic copper windings, with excellent conductivity and low load loss. The coil is precision wound and treated with vacuum impregnated insulating paint, with a sturdy structure and strong resistance to short circuits and weather.

Insulation and Protection:Adopting insulation systems ranging from Class A (105 ℃) to Class F (155 ℃), it has excellent electrical insulation strength and mechanical strength. Provide multiple housing options such as open (IP00), protective (IP20), or fully enclosed (IP54) to adapt to different installation environments.

Cooling method:According to the capacity, self cooling (AN), air cooling (AF) or oil immersed cooling methods are used to ensure good heat dissipation.
